Grandview Getaway is rented on a Saturday- to- Saturday basis. Rate is $925.00, plus tax, per week during high season. Monthly rate is $3000.00. Discounted rates are available during off-season. High season is considered June 1st till Sept 15th.

Reservation Policy:
By providing your credit card number, you have confirmed your reservation with us and confirmed that you have read our Policies. Payment or an appropriate deposit will be charged for holding the cottage. Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you once your deposit is processed. The Silver Fox Inn reserves the right to cancel any reservation, at any time, with full refund of any money paid by Guests. A deposit of 25% (twenty-five per cent) of the booking is required to guarantee all reservations. A valid credit card number is required to hold a reservation and/or to process the deposit. Upon arrival we would appreciate your using cash, debit card or travelers' checks for the balance. However, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All payments in Canadian $.

The balance for your reservation is due at check-in. Preferred payment is by cash, travelers check or debit card. Mastercard and Visa are accepted but we would appreciate your using cash, debit card, or travelers' check
Cancellation Policy:
For a 1 (one) week reservation, cancellation must be made at least 3 (three) weeks or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 21 days before checkin will be required to make payment in full. Payment, minus an admin fee, will be returned to the guest, once the cottage is rerented.
For a reservation of 2 (two) weeks to 4 (four) weeks, cancellation must be made at least 5 (five) weeks in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 35 days before checkin will be required to make payment in full. Payment, minus an admin fee, will be returned to the guest, once the cottage is rerented.
For a reservation of 4 (four) weeks or more, cancellation must be made at least 8 (eight) weeks in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 60 days before checkin will be required to make payment in full. Payment, minus an admin fee, will be returned to the guest, once the cottage is rerented.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
Any cancellation by the guest must be forwarded in writing to the Silver Fox Inn, (email is quick and works best). If we are able to re-book the cottage(s) for the entire period of your reservation, the Silver Fox Inn will refund all monies paid by the guest, less a $50 administration fee.
If we are only able to re-book a part of the original reservation period, the guest will be refunded a proportionate amount of the monies paid, less a $50 administration fee. If we are unable to re-book the cottage(s) for any part of the original reservation period, then all monies owing by the guest will be forfeited and paid to the Silver Fox Inn.
We suggest that you contact your travel agent or credit card company regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.
We do not give credit or refunds for early departures, unless we are able to re-rent the cottage(s).
No-Shows are charged for full scheduled stay.
Rental rates, tax rates, and policies are subject to change without notice.
Damage Deposit:
$500.00 paid at check-in, to be held and refunded after inspection is completed and no damage noted.
Occupancy:
Based on occupancy for 4 people. There is an additional charge for extra people.
Smoking:
The cottage is a NON SMOKING facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
Pets:
The cottage cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Located on the south shore of the island at its narrowest point, Summerside features a working harbour, boating marina, sandy beach with several kilometers of boardwalk, first class theatre and the world-renowned College of Piping which has nightly concerts of Celtic music throughout the summer. Nearly all areas of the island can be reached in less than an hour and a half drive, making Summerside an ideal location for day excursions to the other interesting areas of the Island. For example, Charlottetown, birthplace of Canadian Confederation, is about a 35 minute drive away, Cavendish, home of Lucy Maude Montgomery and Anne of Green Gables, is 25 minutes drive, the North Cape experimental wind farm is about an hour and a half drive.
