The Silver Fox Inn is pleased to offer you King size, Queen Size or Double Size beds. Your en-suite private bathroom has bath toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Colour cable TV's, in room phones. Wireless hi-speed internet and hairdryers included. Full banquet style buffet breakfast. Early Bird coffee available prior to breakfast time. Some books, magazines and daily newspapers are available (first come first served).

Occupancy:
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Reservations and Deposits:
Our deposit requirement is 100% for a one-night stay or 25% for multiple nights. Your deposit is applied to the last night of your stay. A valid credit card number is required to hold a reservation and/or to process the deposit. Upon arrival we would REALLY appreciate your using cash, debit card or travelers' checks for the balance. However, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

Payment Options:
The balance for your reservation is due at check-in. Preferred payment is by cash, travelers check or debit card. Mastercard and Visa are accepted but we would REALLY appreciate your using cash, debit card, or travelers' check.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. Please check your dates and room reservation carefully as your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive at different dates to those specified and your room may not be available.

Check in/Check out Time:
Check in time is from 4pm to 6pm. Please make arrangements with your host if you need to check in before or after this time. Check out time is by 11 am.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served buffet style between 8am and 9am. We do not allow for special diets. We will, of course, heat your special meals for you.

Cancellations
A 14-day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellations is required for a full refund – less $25.00 administration fee. 3-13 days notice - 25% ( ie deposit retained). Less than 3 days notice -payment in full is required unless the room is re-rented.

Children -The Innkeepers welcome children over the age of 10.

Smoking -This is a completely non-smoking facility. Guests wishing to smoke are requested to do so outside.

Parking - Offstreet parking is available in the parking area behind the Inn and is accessed from Belmont street.

Pets - The Silver Fox cannot accommodate pets.
